Past projects have included converting printed forms to online forms using MS Word and Visual Basic, developing reports using Crystal Reports over Access and SQL databases, and developing a database, using VBA and MS Access, to help clinicians track their clients success in Supported Employment situations. Required constant communication with all parties involved in a project to ensure that the end product fulfills the original business requirements.

Primary responsibility: support of Mac-Pac, a manufacturing software package written in RPG (III and IV/ILE) and CL for the AS/400. Also debugged and repaired existing code, and developed new applications, including interfaces between Mac-Pac and a newly implemented PeopleSoft system. The company grew from 40 employees to approximately 120 and approximate annual sales grew from $10 million to $30 million. It was producing six catalogs four times a year and had an international dealer/distributor network.

Genisys was a software consulting firm and an IBM Business Partner. Developed custom software for clients using RPG, OCL, and CL on the S/36 and AS/400 (DB2/400), and "C" and dBaseII on the PC. Acquired extensive experience in AS/400 standard utilities, including SDA, SEU, and Query/400 (SQL).
